From the whistle Jake attacked immediately! The first half saw the sonics show their vision to look and pass to each other and also know where the goal was.

Jenson opened the scoring with a well taken goal, Tom, Jenson, Jack, James and Jake in more attacking roles were always looking for each other and making opportunities for goal, with them all having a shot or two on goal.

Tom scored a second goal for the sonics and then went on to gain a second goal himself in the first half. The shots on our goal were very little and Freya, Leighton and William were working extremely hard in defence in preventing the ball getting past them, but also looking to make some excellent passes down the wings. The few shots on goal Ben dealt with very well and he made a save and then reacted to grab the ball and not allow the opposition to have a corner.

The second half probably saw us attack the goal more times than the first half, but the oppositions goal keeper made some excellent saves, but Ben came outfield and grabbed a goal, with Tom getting a third for his first hatrick of the season.

The teamwork from all the sonics has upped a level this season and they are exciting to watch. Today due to his dictating of the ball from the centre and gaining a well deserved hattrick went to Tom. Well done Tom and all of the sonics!
